Step 1: Go to the Ouinex Website
Visit https://ouinex.com/en.
Step 2: Click on “Login”
Find the Login button at the top right corner of the page.
Step 3: Select “Forgot Your Password?”
Click the link next to Forgot your password?
Step 4: Enter Your Email Address
Type in your registered email address and click Send code.
Step 5: Check Your Email for the Reset Code
A reset code will be sent to your login email address.
Step 6: Enter the Code and Create a New Password
Input the reset code and your new password, then click Submit.
