How to Check Your Balance
Step 1: Log in to Your Ouinex Account
Sign in using your credentials.
Step 2: View Your Dashboard
From your dashboard, you can see your account balance and available margin, including:
- Total account balance
- Usable/Used balance
- Floating PnL (Profit & Loss)
Below your main balance, you will also see the wallet balance for each token you hold.
Why Does the Balance Displayed Not Match My Expectations?
Possible reasons include:
- Transaction fees have been deducted
- Some cryptos may be staked
- The value of cryptocurrencies fluctuates with market prices
How to Verify Your Balance
- Log in to your Ouinex account
- Click on the Wallet section
- Use the search filter to view transactions by date and asset type
